the quality of qualified suppliers and improve the quality assurance system to ensure that every part from design to delivery can be traced back to everyone and the whole machine.
Quality control methods:
1) All electrodes are checked and measured before EDM
2) Certificates of heat treatment are available, and hardness are verified
3) Surface roughness tester used to measure cavity surface.
4) All mold finishing, fitting, assembly and testing are conducted in-house.
5) All steels and parts are purchased only from certified suppliers
6) No Engineering changes are allowed in workshops, all technical drawings are strickly controlled by design team.
7) we arrange the processing according to processing technology document that it was written by the specialist.
8) All 3D blanking surfaces are checked by CMM machine before assemble.
